We regret that it is not possible to make changes to orders.
We ask for your understanding of the current logistical and staffing difficulties we are facing which are forcing us to concentrate our efforts on receiving, invoicing, preparing and despatching orders. It is currently impossible for us to make changes and additions to orders in order to get the goods they need to our customers as quickly as possible.
If upon receipt of your order you notice that the content is different from what you ordered, please send an email to email@example.com. You will then receive, free of charge, the product originally ordered and at the same time the wrong order will be collected.
After receiving your order, you can exchange the products for non-conformity or anomaly of the same in a maximum period of 15 days.
If when you receive your order you notice that the outer packaging is damaged, not appearing to be in the best condition, for your safety, please indicate on the device or courier transport guide, that you received the order but have reservations about it.
