Phaedra, a new experimental space dedicated to symbiosis and collaboration, aims to provide a brewing ground for new and innovative concepts and activities. Located on Quinta da Fornalha’s land and with her support, Phaedra is growing steadily with the help of a group of passionate individuals.

Phaedra’s aim is to support new ideas focused on healthy living, natural building, reconnection to nature, and regenerative farming.

Phaedra’s physical space consists of a natural building made from straw and clay, which was built in 2014. Having served several purposes in the past, such as the facilitation of artist residencies, it is now steadily growing into a laboratory for innovation.
